Durable context is the company's approved, lasting knowledge: the pages people and AI should treat as authoritative until a reviewed change replaces them.
Durable context is the company's official knowledge.
It is deliberately harder to change than a quick note. A person with responsibility for that area of the business reviews changes before they become part of the official record.
That review step matters because AI systems answer from context. If the context changes casually, the system becomes hard to trust.
Durable Does Not Mean Frozen
Durable context still changes. Pricing rules change. Delivery standards improve. A phrase that used to work in sales may start attracting the wrong kind of work.
The difference is that durable context changes through review, with a record of what changed and who approved it.
